M55 exit junction 4, continue along preston new road to the end of the dual carriageway,straight across the traffic lights onto park road. Carry on till you see blackpool art college on the right hand side. Turn left at traffic lights into Reads avenue at the cross roads with the college. The Waverley Hotel is first Hotel on right.
