Description: The Fame is situated on Blackpool's Famous Golden Mile, The Hotel is between South and Central piers, directly opposite the Hotel are Tram and Bus stops for easy access to the town centre, Visit the new shopping centre at Houndshill or venture further out to Cleveleys or Fleetwood, go the opposite way and you come to the Pleasure Beach the home of the white knuckle rides. During the Illuminations period August November why not ride the lights in a tram then Horse and Carriage ride back to the Hotel. Our 15 room Hotel has all the comforts of home, all rooms en-suite, centrally heated, teacoffee facilities, has a licensed residents only well stocked bar. After a hard day in either the town shopping or frightening yourself on the Pleasure Beach why not relax in our Sun Lounge overlooking the Irish sea and watch the world go by. Directions: M55 to end stay in right hand lane to roundabout , continue straight over onto Yeadon Way at the bottom is a roundabout , turn right to next roundabout 800 yards turn right Aldi,s on left continue left to traffic lights , at lights turn left onto Waterloo Road bridge to traffic lights , continue straight over to next lights Promenade turn right and The Fame is approx 800 yards up on the right hand side .
