Description: Alison and Ray extend a warm friendly welcome. Visit England 'B and B' accreditation of 3 stars, (the only one in Derbe Road).Recently awarded 5 out of 5 for National Food Hygiene Standards. Genuine guest book comments include: comfy beds, spotless, superb breakfast, and excellent. A small private guest house with a friendly welcome. No facilities for smokers. Bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. Sorry no ground floor bedrooms. Relaxing, informal ground floor lounge with adjoining bright dining room. All rooms have free WIFI access, remote, LCD flat screen TV's. Beverage tray, hairdryer, DAB Clock radio and fresh towels daily. Free public parking on road at front of guest house. Birdwatchers will love Fairhaven lake and the Ribble Estuary. For golf we have the famous Royal Lytham, Fairhaven, St Annes Old Links and Green Drive courses. All guests can enjoy locally a variety of shops and restaurants. Ideally situated for business guests with BAE: Warton, DWP: Moorland Road and Peel Park, AEG, AXA, NSandI and IBM all close by.
